Our

histoty

It starts with a transmission history.
It was in 2005 that Christian Constant gives its full confidence to his disciple David Bottreau, handing him the keys to the small restaurant of the Saint-Dominique street, in the 7th arrondissement of Paris.

Ten years and one star Michelin later, David Bottreau is still in control of Fables de la Fontaine to offer to its customers, in a friendly atmosphere, the best of seafood.
It is accompanied by his young and talented chef Julia Sedefdjian, honoring a cuisine inspired its origins from Nice, it offers a creative menu.

David Bottreau and his team welcome you in a bright setting and a renewed design, the time of an amazing culinary moment.

The

place

Close to the Champs de Mars, in the heart of the little district of “gros caillou”, you will find the restaurant Fables de la Fontaine.

The decor has been completely redesigned by the architect Luis Aleluia, the establishment favors raw materials such as wood, natural stone and wrought iron, which bring character and softness to the place.
Painting signed by Iris Aleluia marrying the highlights, to give the feeling to be in a paisible sweet place.

In front of the fountain of Mars, stands our covered terrasse, which is open all year.
