The fish and seafood restaurantLes Fables de la Fontaine was created  15 years ago by the great chef Christian Constant.
David Bottreau who was The violin d’ingres manager at that time, felt the desire to stand on its own restaurant.

The opportunity was given to him by the chef Christian Constant, when in 2005, he gaves him the keys of 131 Rue Saint -Dominique .Five months later , David Bottreau earned a star in the prestigious Michelin Guide .

Offering a choice of excellence on fish and seafood, the restaurant quickly became one of the famous places to eat wonderful sea products .Open daily for lunch and dinner with a terrace in front of the “Fontaine de Mars, the restaurant now unveil a new identity reflects the dynamism of the house and its rebirth.
